About the event
This Beginners Course is designed to be an interactive, enjoyable and peaceful experience. You will leave feeling peaceful, with a deeper understanding of energy medicine and its benefits.
course content: Ki (Qi) energy and how it relates to wellness, Reiki History & Lineage, 3 pillars of Reiki, 5 Reiki Precepts (presented in English and Japanese), 4 attunements to Reiki Energy, and afternoon practicum session. (Chair and Reiki table sessions). We finish the day with self-care techniques and how to join the Canadian Reiki Association (optional). On-Going mentorship is provided and future Reiki Shares. (PLEASE NOTE: May 31 9:30am to 11:30 am is the practicum portion of this course, same location in Nanoose)
